13、n silicano useC: Testing Procedure and remarks:2 Disperse dyes, allergenic: In shoes allergenic disperse dyes are tested in all materialis with skin contact; in garments they are tested in all materials.4 As chromium VI can still arise in ready made leather products, leather articles have to be trea
14、ted by an aging process under special laboratory conditions. The limit value has to be met before and after this treatment.5 The nickel limit refers to metal components with skin contact over a long time period (several hours) during a day.7 Dimethylfumarate has to be tested in a mixed sample of the
15、 entire article. The limit value refers to the mixed sample.8 Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases might be used for the production of special foams for e.g. outsoles. Only corresponding special foams have to be tested.9 Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons PAH: The limits 10 mg/kg (sum PAH) and 1 mg/kg Benz(a)
16、pyrene refer to the mixed sample, not to components. These limit values are recommendations based on investigations of the German Federal Institute of Risk Assessment (BfR Nr. 025/2009). In Germany PAH are in the focus of the authorities and legal restrictions are planned. Actually the existing legal requirements do not provide any basis to restrict the marketability of products that are conta
