2、敏气喘暨免疫学会理事 2005年10月 高雄医学大学附设中和医院小儿过敏及免疫科主 任 气喘是国人最常见的慢性呼吸道过敏疾病 气喘是台湾的十大死因之一 每年有一千六百人死于气喘 每十个儿童里就有一个罹患气喘 且这个比例逐年增加 50%的气喘患者在幼年时发作，但仍有为 数不少的患者是在成年后才开始发作的。关于气喘.臺灣兒童氣喘病盛行率年度13-15歲气喘病的定义 气喘病乃是一种具有遗传体质的临床 症候群。病人通常会表现出有反覆发 作的咳嗽、胸闷、喘鸣、及呼吸急促 。此症候群具有以下之特徵： 1. 气道的慢性发炎反应。 2. 气道过度敏感。 3. 有不同程度的气道阻塞现象，此 气道阻塞可自行或经由
3、药物的使用而 获得可逆性或部分可逆性的缓解。气喘有什么徵状? 持续或经常复发的咳嗽 呼吸困难,胸口感觉有压力 普通伤风感冒会咳嗽好几天 运动时出现哮喘或呼吸困难 晚上因为哮喘或呼吸困难而起床被忽略的气喘问题. 许多患者常误以为自己只是小感冒其实一般的感冒咳嗽症状不太会超过二周如果患者有超过二周的咳嗽且出现前述的 症状(如胸闷,夜咳等)就应留意是否有罹患 气喘的可能,尽速就医。 许多过敏性鼻炎患者常一为自己只是鼻炎发 作，而忽略了自己潜在的气喘症状，其实有 3040%过敏性鼻炎是会同时发生气喘的。Asthma - an inflammatory diseaseAsthmaNormalInflam
