1、201高压电缆桥架施工方案201 HV cable tray installation construction scheme1、施工概况 Construction summary 本次施工为201厂房新增高压电缆桥架安装，详见施工图纸 E-00-007。编制依据为 GB50303-2002。The project about HV cable tray (new addition) installation , detail on drawing E-00-007. And the compilation basis is GB50303- 2002.2、施工准备工作 Constructio
2、n preparation 1、技术准备工作：1.Technology ready to work 施工前技术人员必须详细审图，然后要根据工程特点编制施 工方案，并编排进度计划。The engineer should understand drawing before the work,then doing the construction scheme and schedule. 2、人员准备工作：2.People ready to work施工人员上岗必须经过培训，掌握施工工艺、技术操作方 法，特殊工种必须持证上岗。The constructor must be cultivated an
3、d grasp construction technology and operation method,the special occupation work with certificate. 3、材料要求： 3.Materials requirement 3.1 高压用电缆桥架，规格为300*100，外刷防火涂料。 3.1 HV cable tray 300*100 with fireproofing painting. 3.2 保护地线使用铜编织带 3.2 Protective grounding use flat copper braid. 3.3 吊架采用成品吊架 3.3 Use
4、finished support 4、施工机具 4.Construction tools施工机具主要包括：升降机、三级电箱、角磨机。 Construction tools should includes: lift ,three-level distribution box, angle grinder .2、施工方法 Construction Method 工艺流程：材料进场检查弹线定位支、吊架安装桥架 及金属线槽的安装与调整保护地线安装。Construction process: Materials -in check Ruling and location Finished suppor
5、t installation Cable tray installation and adjusting protective grounding 1.弹线定位：根据设计图确定,从始端至终端（先干线后支 线）找好水平或垂直线，用粉线袋沿墙壁、顶棚和地面等处，在 线路的中心线进行弹线，按照设计图要求及施工验收规范规定， 分匀档距并用笔标出具体位置。 1.Ruling and location : according to the drawing,determine the horizon or vertical line from the start to the end,and ruling
6、on the center line along the wall and ceiling or the floor,then according to the drawing and codes,mark the detail location after bisection the measurement. 2. 支吊架安装：支架与吊架所用钢材平直，无显著扭曲。 下料后长短偏差在5mm 范围内，切口处应无卷边、毛刺。支架 与吊架应安装牢固，保证横平竖直。吊架和吊架间距为3米。 2.Finished support installation:Use smooth steel without
7、obvious variant.The deviation in 5mm range after installation,and the incision should be no curled and burr.Ensure the support is fixed and horizontal even vertical.And the distance is 3m between support and support. 3. 桥架及金属线槽的安装与调整：线槽应平整，无扭曲变 形，内壁无毛刺，各种附件齐全。线槽的接口应平整，接缝处应 紧密平直。线槽直线段连接应采用连接板，用垫圈、弹簧垫
8、圈、 螺母紧固，接茬处应缝隙严密平齐。 线槽进行交叉、转弯、丁字连接时，应采用单通，二通，三通，四通或平面二通、平面三 通等进行变通连接，待线槽全部敷设完毕后，应在配线之前进行 调整检查。3.Cable tray installation and adjusting:the tray should be smooth , no variant, inwall without burr ,having complete accessories.Ensure smooth at straight-cut section,tight and straight at joint.Cable tray
9、line connection use junction plate and fix with flat pad and spring washer or screw nut to ensure the gaps straight.When the cable tray cross,turn and T-shaps connection,use one-way , two-way , three-way,four- way,flat two-way,flat three-way to connect,we should check and adjust after cable tray ins
10、tallation and before cable installation. 4. 保护地线安装：保护地线应根据设计图要求安装，接地 处螺丝直径不应小于6mm；并且需要加平垫和弹簧垫圈，用螺母 压接牢固。 4. Protective grounding :we will install it according to the drawing,and the screw no less than6mm，and use screw nut fixed with flat pad and spring washer. 三、施工管理措施 Construction management measur
11、e 1、安全管理措施 1. Safety management 1.1 施工人员进入场地必须着安全帽、反光背心、防静电鞋， 有登高者必须系安全带。1.1 Constructor at site must wear helmet ,work clothes and Anti- static shoes.Someone must ware safety belt when he work at heights.1.2 升降机的使用须由二人操作，并系安全带。1.2 There should be two people operate lift with safety belt.1.3 桥架的加工必须
12、在厂房外，有切割，焊接等作业须携带 动火证，配备灭火器，作业人员要配备焊工手套、焊工面罩、绝缘鞋。1.3 Processing cable tray must out of the 201.The constructor must ware welding gloves and welding face mask or rubber shoes when cutting and welding at site with annihilator and fire-permit. 2、成品保护措施 2.Product protection 2.1 安装桥架时，应注意保持墙面及地面的清洁，施工时，要
13、铺设木板及彩条布。2.1 We will lay wood and color of the cloth to keep the wall and floor clean when we construct.2.2 在201厂房内施工时，注意对业主生产设备的保护。要确保在对生产设备正常作业无影响的情况下施工。如有必要，先请BMP与FCM及生产部门进行协调，确保不会对业主生产造成任何影响。2.2 We will protect the clients equipments and ensure the production equipment of the normal work of no effect on the construction at 201.If necessary,we will ask BMP with FCM and production department to coordinate to ensure the protection.
