2、d regulations, the Parties have, based on the principles of equality and willingness, entered into theContract concerning issues related to online game agency and agreed as follows:第一条 合同标的 Article 1 Subject Matter 网络游戏：指由甲方开发完成的 网络版游戏软件 版本，包括但不限于 以各种形式、格式及媒介存在的源代码、数据库、文档、技术资料、图形、地图、形象、 情节 等。网络游戏运营商
3、可以通过互联网提供游戏内容，供最终用户在WINDOWS平台使用。如该 软 件在本合同有效期限内更新、升级、修订的，更新、升级、修订等部分亦属于网络游戏的 一部 分；如该软件在代理期限内更名的，不影响本合同的效力。 Online game: online game software version, including but not limited to source code, database, documents, technical materials, graphs, images, and plots etc in any form, format and media. 4、nline game operator can provide the game through Internet to fi nal users in WINDOWS platform. Any renewal, update, and revision of the software within term of validity of the Contract (if any) shall also be part of the online game; the change of the softwares name within the term of agency will not

8、odes： 第七条 交付、测试、验收 Article 7 Delivery, Test and Acceptance 1甲方于本合同签订后 个月内向乙方交付网络游戏相关的美术设计文档、官方网站 资料、游戏的介绍宣传文档（中文）。乙方可将美术设计文档用于广告制作、宣传品、广 告、 印刷品、官方网站。未经甲方书面同意，乙方不得对甲方提供的美术设计文档、官方攻略 文档 进行任何修改。 1. Party A shall deliver to Party B art design documents relating the online game, materials on offi cial web
9、site, and introduction documents of the game (Chinese) within months upon entering-3- into the Contract; Party B may use the art design documents for advertisement production, publicizing, advertisements, print materials, and on the offi cial website. Without Party As approval in writing, Party B sh
10、all not make any modifi cation to the art design documents, offi cial walkthrough documents and etc. provided by Party A. 2乙方应在测试期满前（即交付网络游戏后 个工作日内）向甲方出具游戏测试合格通知书或软件修订通知书。甲方在测试期满前未收到乙方测试合格通知书或软件修订通知 书 的，视为乙方验收合格。乙方验收合格的，甲方的交付行为即视为网络游戏的最终交付即 可上 市的版本。 2. Party B shall issue game testing qualifi cation
11、 notice or software revision notice before expiration of the testing period ( working days after delivering the online game).In case Party A fails to receive the testing qualifi cation notice or software revision notice from Party B before expiration of the testing period, it shall be deemed as a qu
12、alifi ed software in Party Bs check and acceptance. In such case, Party A s delivery shall be deemed as the fi nal delivery of the online game which can come into the market. 3甲方应在乙方架设服务器前向乙方提供在当地架设服务器的配置资料和其他必要资料系 统等。 3. Before server construction by Party B, Party A shall provide Party B with rele
13、vant confi guration materials and other necessary materials and systems for server construction in local area. 4代理期限内甲方如对网络游戏有更新程序或者补丁程序，应： 。 4. In case of any update or patch made to the online game by Party A within the term of agency, itshall: . 5有关交付、测试、验收的技术细节和工作程序可由双方通过附件另行约定。 5. Technical det

All user data obtained through operation of the game in the area of agency shall be jointly owned by both Parties. 7其他： 。7. Others: . 第八条 技术支持 Article
15、8 Technical Support 1在代理期限内甲方于软件上市日起，及时向乙方无偿提供网络游戏的升级版本。但因升 级足以使网络游戏软件换代，导致功能全部更新并与原版本无任何联系的，乙方应向甲方 支付 开发费，具体细节，可由双方协商另定补充协议。 1.Within the term of agency, Party A shall provide to Party B, as of the date when the software comes into the market, the updated online game free of charge on a timely basi

However, in case-4- of update enough made to produce a new version, and that functions are completely changed without relation to the original version, Party B shall pay the development fee to Party A; specifi c stipulations may be made in the supplement agreement entered into between the Parties through consultation. 2如乙方因网络游戏服务器架设或网络游戏日常运行产生的其他技术问题
