1、I基于组态软件的水处理过程监控系统设计摘 要随着我国经济的发展，环境问题日益突出，污水处理在环境保护中是一个重要的环节。由于当前的污水处理工艺对自动化程度要求不断提高，因此，利用先进的控制技术和设备对污水处理过程进行监控是十分必要的。本文对污水处理过程控制技术的现状与发展进行了论述，介绍了污水处理的工艺流程，根据工艺要求分析了污水处理过程中需要控制的主要变量，并且提出了相应的监控方案，设计了监控系统的结构和功能，对整个污水处理的流程进行监控。本设计下位机采用 PLC 对污水处理过程进行控制，并且详细介绍了现场自动化设备的选型，设计出了反应池 PLC 控制程序流程图。上位机利用组态王的强大组态功
2、能，按照污水处理的工艺流程开发出了污水处理过程的工艺流程监控画面，详细定义了各个数据变量的类型，并自动生成了水质参数的实时趋势曲线与历史趋势曲线，开发实现了系统的实时报警功能及画面，最后实现了全厂生产报表的自动生成。本设计通过 PLC 与组态王的有效结合实现了污水处理过程的自动监控，提高了污水处理的管理水平和污水处理的效率。关键词：污水处理；PLC；组态王；监控系统 IIConfigurationConfiguration Software-basedSoftware-based WaterWater TreatmentTreatment ProcessProcess MonitoringMo
