4、客户服务及合理营销直接关系这一业务能否健康、快速和持续的发展。 本文通过借鉴国外相关投资公司、银行和监管部门先进的理念和成功的经验，结合我国个人外汇交易发展现状，找出导致个人外汇交易业务发展瓶颈的外部和内部因素以及有效的管控和发展方法。本文选择 C 银行黑龙江省分行为对象，以其个人外汇交易业务发展的现状为前提，借助典型案例分析，深入剖析了其个人外汇交易业务管理和发展中存在的问题。并在全面风险管理及营销理论的框架下，通过建立科学的组织体系、有效的内部控制机制、良好的客户服务系统、运用先进的营销手段全流程地管理业务，以实现 C 银行黑龙江省分行个人外汇交易业务的健康、持续发展。本文对我国银行相关业

Over the last decade, foreign exchange transactions are not only doubled up in the quantity, but also, in es
6、sence, have changed dramatically. Foreign exchange transactions are not only a tool in international trade, but also has become the most important international financial products. Now personal foreign exchange transactions in the domestic business have not been completely open and the national poli
7、cy is still not perfect regulations to such constraints. How the domestic banks and investment companies conduct foreign exchange risk management, marketing customer service and reasonable marketing which affect businesss health, rapid and sustainable development. In this paper, using for reference
8、of the concept of advanced experience form the relevant foreign investment companies, banks and regulatory authorities the success, and combining with the development status of personal foreign exchange transactions of our country, the paper try to find the reasons of the external and internal facto
9、rs, as well as effective methods of control and development which cause the bottlenecks of individual operations.
