1、广西师范大学硕士学位论文中学体育教师职前与职后教育一体化研究姓名：张晓铁申请学位级别：硕士专业：体育教育训练学指导教师：谢翔20060401I中中 文文 摘摘 要要在当今全球科学技术不断推陈出新的时代，教师必须不断学习，不断“ 充电” ，不断提 高，才能满足科技迅猛发展对教师教育教学水平所提出的高要求。因此，各国都非常关注 教师教育。 当前，从世界范围来看，教师教育发展的主要趋势是教师职业专业化和教师教育过程 终身化。我国由于历史的原因，“ 教师教育” 的概念在 2001 年才首次出现于国务院公文中， 当然这也表明国家着手发展教育的巨大决心。体育教师教育作为教师教育的下级纲目，是 指对体育教师
2、培养和培训的统称，即在终身教育思想指导下按照体育教师专业发展的不同 阶段，对教师的职前培养、职后教育通盘考虑，整体设计，体现了对体育教师的教育是连 续的，可持续发展的，一体化的。所以，在我国体育教师教育一体化理论和实践还呈起步 阶段，在承担着 2 亿多中学生体育教育教学的中学体育教师教育效果不尽人意，急待改善 的时候，对此课题的研究意义非常大。 本着促进中学体育教师专业发展，提高中学体育教师施教能力，作者在对中学体育教 师职前与职后教育状况进行广泛调查的基础上，有针对性地提出了树立一体化教育观念， 重新定位职前与职后培养目标，改革教育机构和课程的设置、采用恰当教育组织及教学模 式、经费保障措施
3、等策略，以最终能实现中学体育教师教育一体。在研究过程中，作者始 终贯彻了三个原则： 首先，在理论探索的基础上，侧重方案实施的可操作性，对中学体育教师职前与职后 教育一体化的实践具有现实指导意义。 其次，在继承中注重发展。中学体育教师职前与职后一体化教育是对先前的体育教师 教育理论和实践的扬弃，其中的发展和创新具体体现在文中“1”至“5”五个部分之中， 主要有： （1）中对当前主要研究成果进行了较细的分类，从中得到了很多启发，研究成果 具有先进性； （2）中对体育教师教育一体化涵义及影响因素的剖析方式。在较详细阐述一 体化的由来及内涵后，分析了实施体育教师职前职后教育一体化过程的各种影响因素，力
4、 求研究过程中，能把握住方向。 （3）中对中学体育教师职前与职后教育一体化必要性和可 行性的分析。分析指出中学体育教师教育一体化必要性与可行性，既有外部有利因素，又 有内部因素驱动。不论在硬件还是软件上，均已具有相当条件，实施一体化教育。 （4）中 对调查对象及内容的设计， 主要针对影响中学体育教师一体化建设的几个因素： 教育机构、 中学及体育教师而展开，这样可做到“ 知彼知己” ，了解到实际存在的问题（5）中对中 学体育教师职前与职后教育一体化实施的整体设计和具体对策的确定。本文从观念的改变 到经费的保障，既是纵向意义上的一体化，又富有横向意义上的一体化，各部分相互照应， 一环紧扣一环，为一
5、体化体系的建立与运作奠定了坚实的基础。为实施中学体育教师职前 与职后教育一体化，文中采取了六个方面的对策，其内容皆是始终围绕职前、职后而展开 的，既有宏观上的描述，又有细节性的分析，同时还兼顾了城乡间的差异。 第三，注重国际视野。教师教育一体化的理论和实践在英美等发达国家发展快，值得 我们借鉴的东西很多，虽说国情有别，但教师教育本身还是有许多共同的规律，因此，本 文在提出相关实施策略时，注重了国际视野，从而可确保本课题研究的前瞻性和时代性。 通过研究，作者认为实施中学体育教师职前职后教育一体化，必须从六个方面着手：II第一，行业人员要有观念上的大转变，教师教育观念一定要一体化；第二，要依据教师
6、专 业化发展、体育新课程标准要求和教师成长规律，明确中学体育教师职前职后各阶段教育 目标，实现目标一体化；第三，必须通过整合和定期评定教师教育机构和优化师资队伍， 使其达到体育教师职前与职后教育一体化管理与教学要求，并通过重定教师资格学历标 准、采用教师入职试用期和定期换证的办法来规范体育教师资格证制，强化职前与职后教 育一体化管理；第四，必须根据中学体育教师职前与职后教育特点，重新设置职前与职后 教育课程、权衡职前与职后教学方法，特别是职后教育的长期性和多层次性特点要得到充 分考虑，以实现职前与职后教学内容与方法的一体化；第五，实行职前与职后教育一体化， 还必须根据中国国情建立多元化的教育模
7、式，并且对城市与农村实际要有针对性，能体现 出灵活性；第六，政府必须加大投资力度，并结合一些激励性经费政策，确保体育教师职 前与职后教育一体化的建设与运作。最后，作者强调：实施中学体育教师职前与职后教育 一体化， 是对以上多个方面的通盘考虑和规划， 一定要在注重各个环节前后衔接的基础上， 实现整体运作；并希望本研究对我国体育教师教育一体化理论探索和实践有所贡献。关键词关键词：中学体育教师；教师教育；职前与职后教育一体化；策略IIIAbstractThe time unceasingly weeds through the old to bring forth the new which in
