1、本科生毕业设计（论文）I摘 要随着个人计算机和办公自动化的普及，计算机应用的发展越来越广。针对传统人工管理方式存在的效率低、保密性差等许多特点，公司对员工培训信息管理的信息化建设就显得尤为重要，很有必要开发一个用于对员工培训信息进行管理的系统。系统采用 B/S 模式实现。由于系统的操作较简单、功能要求较少，所以采用asp 技术实现界面的设计。基于系统处理的信息量较少的特点，系统后台数据库采用 Microsoft Office Access 2003 存储数据信息。在设计过程中，系统以软件工程为指导，严格按照软件设计步骤进行。系统结构合理，简单明了，美观大方并能够快速、准确的响应用户所进行的操作
2、。系统主要实现了普通用户和管理员操作的两方面的功能，基本上完成了公司对员工培训信息管理的智能化要求。普通用户可通过系统进行员工信息的查询和对最新培训信息及会议安排等信息的查询；管理员用户可通过登陆系统实现对员工信息、培训信息、会议信息、公司内部资料信息的查询。关键词：ASP；员工培训；B/S 模式；本科生毕业设计（论文）IIAbstractWith the number of personal computer increasing rapidly, computer was applied more and more widely.
