1、Lesson 38 Accident ReportAccident report is a report that is submitted to the administration by the master or the person in charge when a vessel accident is happened, which is required to report immediately upon arrival. Normally, it should include the following contents at least: (1)Situation of sh

2、ip before the accident (time, place, voyage, and so on); (2)Cause of the accident; (3)Description of the accident; (4)Present situation of the ships.1.Situation of ship before the accident -while vessel on voyage from to ; -while vessel on route for ; -while vessel passing ; -while vessel carrying m

Cause of the accident -because of a mechanical fault; -during a period of heavy weather; -due to heavy weather/bad weather; -due to human error/maintenance operation;-due to a blackout/conta
