1、-I-摘要改革开放以来，我国的中小型企业迅速发展，在国民经济发展中起着战略性作用。但 中国的中小企业普遍面临着筹资渠道不畅的问题，资金严重不足从而阻挠了他们的持续快 速健康发展。中小企业已经成为我国国民经济新的增长点，也是我国经济社会可持续发展不可或缺 的重要生力军。然而，我国中小企业与发达国家相比还存在较大的差距，主要受筹集资金 困难等问题影响。对于中小企业而言，筹资困难的问题往往影响企业的经营发展，而筹资 渠道的确定和筹资方式的选择是筹集资金中最为重要的一环。因为筹资渠道和筹资方式的 选择是否正确，关系到一个企业的生存和发展。因此，认真分析中小企业筹资存在的问题， 选择适宜企业的筹资渠道和
