1、高等教育自学考试毕业调查报告题目：凯旋城工程建筑施工管理调查报告题目：凯旋城工程建筑施工管理调查报告办学单位： 广州科技职业技术学院继续教育中心年级专业：14 届建筑工程学 生：郑坤杰指导教师：胡先国提交日期： 2016 年 3 月 10 日 摘摘 要要改革开放不仅带动了我国经济的快速发展，也带动了建筑业迅速的发展，使得建筑业在国民经济中占据重要领略地位。但随着经济的快速发展，随之带动起来的市场经济，冲击了建筑业，建筑施工企业面临了激烈的市场竞争。中国加入 WTO 以后，建筑市场的竞争愈发激烈，施工企业的经济效益急剧下滑。到今天，生活水平的提高，人工费用也大大提高，建材造价成本的增长，国家政策
2、的出台，施工企业面临着层层危机。为了提高中标率，施工企业往往会以低于业主标底的 5%或 8%甚至 10%以上中标。在如此严峻的经营形势下，只有对建筑施工进行系统的管理，从而来提高工程质量，保证工程进展时间，降低工程成本来提高经济效应。本次调查以施工管理员的实习身份实际参与到惠州市凯旋城工程建筑项目当中，通过实地的亲身施工，与项目管理的负责人的交谈，以及对施工组织设计方案的研究等形式，开展全面调查工作，调查的内容主要包括：项目系统管理，项目成本管理，项目施工质量管理，项目施工安全管理。多数工程项目以招标投标的形式确定，一旦项目确定后整个项目的合同总价也基本确定，施工企业想盈利，只有加强对工程项目
3、成本的控制，管理制度的完善，人员素质的提高，施工安全事故的防范来实现。换句话说通过对凯旋城项目的调查，总结出项目的管理系统，及盈利的最佳运营效率。针对本项目管理方面的优缺点，进行系统的分析说明，对合理的管理进行总结，对明显不合理的情况进行完善。从而确立施工管理科学和有效的管理体系。本文的一些观点和建议，能对相关施工企业的施工系统管理提供参考利用，同时也提出了相关管理施工建筑垃圾的处理方式及绿色建筑管理提出新要求。 关键词：关键词：施工项目管理 控制 质量管理 1+1=3 的管理体系ABSTRACTReform and opening up not only fuels Chinas econo

Since Chinas accession to the WTO,construction enterprises have witnessed fiercer competitions in marketplace and sluggish economic efficiency. Nowadays, with the improvement of peoples living standard,expense of labor has risen sh

The increasing costs of building materials and the release of relevant policies have also challenged the construction enterprises.In order to improve the possibility of winning a bid, construction enterprises will win the bid with a price that is 5% or 8%, even 10% lower than the base price.
7、Under such serious business circumstance, scientific and systematic management on construction are urgently needed to promote project quality, ensure the project to process well and lower engineering costs for enhancing economic efficiency.In this survey,I acted as an intern construction manager and
8、 engaged in the engineering project of Huizhou Kaixuancheng. Through diverse approaches such as participating in the construction, communicating with the leader of the project and researching the design of construction organization, I conducted the survey comprehensively. The survey covers project m
9、anagement, project cost management, project construction quality management and project construction safety management.Most engineering projects are determined by tendering and bidding. Once the project is determined, the total price in contract of the whole project is determined.If the construction
10、 enterprises prone to make profits, they need to strengthen the control of engineering project cost, improve the management system and the quality of personnel, promote the proficiency of personnel , and prevent construction accidents.The viewpoints and suggestions in this paper will provide referen
