2、 1、施工准备施工准备1、施工工具的准备施工机具包括电焊机、电动砂轮机、台钻、手电钻、电锤、电动剪、电动拉铆枪、砂轮切割机、 水平尺、手锤、倒链、钢丝绳等。 2、施工条件的准备1）施工图纸技术文件齐全，并且经过会审，技术、安全交底。2）施工现场经过验收具备了安装防排烟系统的条件。3）材料、设备经过验收达到合格，并且有相应质量证明文件，符合现行国家规范要求。4）现场风管堆放场地须铺设彩条布其上放置木方，不允许风管直接堆放在地面上。二、施工工艺、施工工艺1、安装流程2、风管安装 1）风管支吊架不得设置在风口、阀门、检查门及自控机构处，吊杆不宜直接固定在法兰上， 风管直径或长边尺寸400mm，间距不
3、应大于 4m ，风管直径或长边尺寸400mm，间距不应大于 3m。螺旋风管的支吊架间距可分别延长至 5 米和 3.75 米。洁净室内的支吊架全部采用热镀锌角钢 和热镀锌槽钢制成的轻钢支架系统。采用 10#外膨胀螺栓，采用同规格通丝接头与通丝相接，通 丝接头采用 M10*50mm。利用 C 型钢做吊架时，将通丝与 C 型钢垫片相连，下挂横担。 2）当水平悬吊的主、干风管长度超过 20m 时，应设置防止摆动的固定点，每个系统不应少 于 1 个；所有的防火阀及排烟阀需设置单独的支吊架；使用的膨胀螺栓，所选连接通丝的膨胀螺 丝应确保安装牢固无松动； 3）风管安装的位置、标高、走向,应符合设计图纸要求。

5、应两端均匀。 风管水平安装水平允许偏差，每米不大于 3mm，总偏差不大于 20mm；垂直允许偏差，每米不大于 2mm，总偏差不大于 20mm。 7）风管所用托架符合下列要求: a.角钢两端需倒角; b.木方与角钢要钉牢固; c.风管的托架； 金属矩形水平风管吊架的最小规格 (mm)注： 厂房 内及 屋面 所有 支架 均采 用镀 锌材质，空调机房区域支吊架可采用碳钢刷防锈漆， 外加银粉面漆。 排烟风管：托架角钢的长度=风管边长+100mm； 托架角钢钻孔中心距顶端间距统一为 25mm. 8）风管安装分整体吊装和单节吊装，安装顺序为先干管后支管。整体吊装：先在地面上连 接好风管，一般接至 23 段
6、长用升降车将风管升到支架上。单节吊装：对于不便升降车移动或受 场地限制不能进行吊装时，可将风管分节用绳子拉到脚手架上，而后逐节安装。 9）风管与洁净室吊顶、隔墙等围护结构的接缝处应严密。风管穿越结构伸缩缝、防火分区 等区域时要用不低于 1.6mm 钢板制作穿墙套管。三、质量要求三、质量要求1）风管上成对法兰拧紧力矩要大小一致，安装后不应有松紧不均现象，其螺母应在同一侧。 2）排烟风管安装前须擦拭干净。风阀，消音器等部件安装时必须清除内表面油污和尘土。 3）风管的咬口缝、铆钉缝、内加固打孔处、翻边四角等容易漏风的位置应将表面的杂质和油污清除 干净，然后涂密封胶密封。 4）施工过程中有专职的检查员
