3、成本节约，加强造价管理，工程项目造价管理已经成为企业生存和盈利的关键。目前，我国的建筑施工企业普遍不注重造价控制管理，主要存在的问题是缺乏造价管理观念、造价控制手段落后、缺乏全过程造价管理意识等，这些问题严重地阻碍了施工企业的发展。本文以 ABC 公司 A 项目为实例，利用当前造价控制理论，对项目造价管理进行系统的探讨。研究内容如下：首先，综述了建筑施工项目造价管理的概念和理论，介绍了国内外建设工程造价管理情况，阐述了我国施工企业造价管理的内容以及存在的问题。第二，介绍 ABC 公司的背景、ABC 公司的造价管理基本政策及案例项目基本情况。第三，以 A 项目为个案进行研究分析，分析该项目造价管
