2、 with the project monitoring methodology and monitoring method described in Shanghai BCCY New Power Industry Co., Ltd. The landfill gas collection and energy utilization project design document (PDD) as registered at UNFCCC. 本手册内容包括：PDD中规定的监测方法及需要监测的数据要求、项目CDM 组织管理机构 设置、计量仪表的质量控制与质量保证办法、以及CDM 数据库的管理
3、等，目标是精确计 量本项目所收集和减毁的甲烷量，以便联合国CDM EB 指定的DOE 在核定的公司项目产生 的CERs 指标时提供真实准确的依据。 This manual includes: monitoring methodology and data requirements for monitoring as prescribed in PDD, project CDM organization and management team configuration, quality control (QC) and quality assurance (QA) procedures of
4、measuring meters, management method of CDM database and so on. It aims to precisely calculate the amount of methane gas collected and displaced in Project, thus providing DOE, which are designated by United Nations CDM EB, true and accurate data for the certification of CER credits generated by this
5、 Project. 本手册供百川畅银新能源有限公司在其沼气收集与发电利用项目的运行管理中严格执行。This manual should be strictly carried out by Corp. of Shanghai BCCY New Power Industry Co., Ltd. during its operation and management of the landfill gas collection and utilization for power generation project. 一、一、 PDDPDD 中规定的监测方法及需要监测的数据要求中规定的监测方法及需
6、要监测的数据要求Monitoring Methodology and Data Requirements for Monitoring as prescribed in PDD 根据ACM001 监测方法学的规定，需要加以确定的主要变量是： According to the requirements of Monitoring Methodology ACM001, The main variables that need to be determined are the quantity: 甲烷的实际收集量the quantity of methane actually captured(M
7、Dproject,y), 火炬焚烧的沼气流量quantity of methane flared (MDflared,y), 发电机发电用沼气流量the quantity of methane used to generate electricity (MDelectricity,y), 沼气中甲烷的浓度the fraction of methane in the landfill gas ( WCH4) , 沼气的比重the landfill gas density ( DCH4, 通过压力和温度测量自动), 火炬燃烧效率the flare efficiency (FE) ， 上网电量the
8、 amount of electricity exported to the grid. (EGy) . 在所有情况下，填埋气体的甲烷含量和填埋气体的流量必须基于相同的条件测量（无论是 湿或干）。 In all cases, methane fraction of the landfill gas and LFG flow have to be measured on same basis (either wet or dry).上述数据在现场通过计算机进行全面记录，并可以通过互联网络供公司总部管理高层调阅现场运行状态。The data described above should be fu
