2、，全国约有2290 万农村留守儿童。作为我国第一人口大省和农业人口大省的河南省，全省从事农业的劳动力约有 3500 万人，外出务工半年以上人员达到 1557 万人，由此衍生出的留守儿童不下 500 万人。目前，全省农村仅 14 周岁以下的留守儿童就达 254 万，数量居全国之冠。由于长期缺少父母关爱及正确的教育、引导和管理，留守儿童往往表现出程度不同的道德失范、心理失衡、行为失控等问题。儿童是祖国的花朵，是中华民族的未来和希望。人数庞大的农村留守儿童作为儿童中的特殊群体，他们的成长会影响到社会主义新农村建设，影响到全面建设社会主义小康社会的进程。 作为国家未来的劳动力， 他们的科学文化水平、思
3、想道德素质直接关系到未来经济社会发展的潜力，关系到整个社会的稳定。如果我们今日不能较好地解决留守儿童出现的诸多问题，留守儿童问题将会演变成严重的社会问题，成为制约经济社会发展、构建社会主义和谐社会的障碍。 本文从四个部分进行研究，论证思路如下： 绪论部分：介绍本研究的缘由、意义，对学术界研究留守儿童问题的现状进行综述，明确本文的理论依据，介绍主要内容和研究方法。 第一部分：笔者通过对河南汝南县常兴乡农村留守儿童进行实地调查和访谈，透视农村留守儿童的思想道德状况。总体上看，当前留守儿童的思想道德状况是好的，热爱祖国、坚定信念、团结友爱、诚实守信、文明礼貌、遵纪守法是留守儿童精神世界的主流；但不少
4、留守儿童在思想道德方面存在问题，如精神空虚、缺乏理想、道德失范、诚信缺失、行为失当、情绪失调、心理压力大等。 第二部分：通过研究发现，造成留守儿童思想道德存在问题的原因是多方面的。主要有：家庭方面，监护人监护不力、责任不明、精力不够、疏于教育；农民工父母教育观念发生偏差，忽视留守儿童思想道德教育；农民工父母教育缺位对留守儿童的负面影响。学II校方面：农村学校办学条件差，留守儿童多寄养于校外，管护形成“空档”；师资力量薄弱，留守儿童在学校很难得到学习以外的关怀；农村学校某些教育措施和机制失当，影响了对农村儿童的思想道德教育。社会方面，不良社会影响；市场经济的消极作用等。政府方面，二元经济结构是主
5、要原因之一，政府没能承担起对留守儿童的管理责任等。 第四部分： 针对农村留守儿童思想道德存在的问题和问题出现的原因， 结合当地实际，提出了相应的对策建议。主要包括：抓好家庭教育，为留守儿童构建温馨的家庭环境；突出学校主阵地、主渠道作用，为留守儿童构建和谐的校园氛围；发挥社会环境育人作用，为留守儿童营造良好的社会环境；强化政府服务育人职能，为留守儿童构建良好的教育机制；政府领导、部门负责，动员多方力量为留守儿童思想道德教育构建综合的教育网络。 关键词；关键词； 农村留守儿童；思想道德现状；对策；思想道德教育 IIIStudy on Current Situation and Countermea

8、 are about 22.9 million Left-behind Children in Rural in China. Henan that is the most population in China is agricultureal province，the people who engage in agriculture are about 35 million， migrant workers for more than six months reach 15.57 million people，which led to the Left-behind children no
9、 less than 5 million people. At present，the provinces Left-behind Children in Rural that are only under the age of 14 reach 2.54 million，that is the highest number in the nation. Due to long-term lack of parental care and education，guidance and management，Left -behind children often show varying deg
10、rees of loss of the moral、psychological imbalance、acts out of control and other issues. Children are the flowers of the motherland， are the future and hope of the Chinese nation. The huge number of Left-behind Children in Rural are the special groups in rural children，the healthy growth of their dir
11、ectly impacts on the building of a new socialist countryside，impacts on the future of a socialist harmonious society. As the countrys future labor force，the scientific and cultural level of their and ideological and moral qualities directly relate to the future economic and social development，and th

Today if we can not take a reasonable solution to many problems in the children，Left-behind Children in Rural will be turned into a serious social problem that obstacles economic and social development，and building of the socialist harmonious society. 13、 mainly focuses on below 4 areas: Preface: author understands the academic research to the issue of Left-behind IVChildren in Rural，and absorbs and learns from previous research results；and introducts clearly the meaning of the paper；the main content and research methods.
