3、须做到方、平、正、直，在操作中控制好各部位标高和控制点。5、隐蔽工程、重点部位必须通过现场技术人员验收合格后方可进行下一步工序施工。第五条第五条 安全文明施工安全文明施工1、在施工中乙方必须遵守国家规定建设工程安全生产管理条例采取必要的安全保障措施，组织施工人员认真学习安全常识，贯彻“安全第一” 、 “预防为主”的方针，做到安全第一、质量第一文明施工。2、各作业工种在施工因乙方施工人员操作不当而造成的安全事故，其造成的经济损失和相关的法律责任全部由乙方承担，甲方概不负责。第六条第六条 面积计算与付款面积计算与付款1、本工程面积计算按照现行的建筑工程建筑面积计算规范为本工程面积计算依据。2、本合
4、同付款方式采用清包干确定，包干价为每平方 元，地下室按剪力墙垂直面积每平方 元，包工不包料，包各工种所需工具（机械） 。施工中市场价格变化均不做任何价格调整。3、合同付款方式：进场甲方不付预付款，每月按实际完成工程量及甲方的资金情况支付 50%，竣工验收合格后，付足 80%，年底除留 5%保修外付清，保修金在竣工验收合格一年后付清。第七条第七条 违约责任违约责任1、乙方在施工中，如工程验收不能达到要求造成返工，其材料及所有人工费全部由返工方承担。2、如在施工中造成混凝土硬化、模板、钢筋、线菅浪费（损耗按国家标准） ，甲方按市场价格在乙方人工费中扣除。3、乙方在施工中如自主变更图纸，因市场人工工
