1、一、下面是 PMI 官方给出的项目可交付成果描述要求以及举例:A简短的一句话描述项目目标及个人角色(管理者角色)B项目每个过程的可交付物描述,启动、计划、执行、监控、收尾可以缩写为IN,PL,EX,MC,CLC项目最终可交付物描述D下面是比较合格的项目描述例子Obj: Implementation of highly scalable network (Data and Voice) infrastructure. IN: Project charter, Scope definition, Project proposal, Method statement. PL: Project pla

EX: Work packages to project team, quality management, planning and validation MC: Progress and performance tracking, highlight report. Managed risk, quality and issue registers CL: End project report, lessons learned, received
