3、use (6.2.1) of this Clause does not apply; or6.2.3 by any breach of this Contract by the Employer, then in any such event the Contractor shall be entitled to such extension of the Period for Completion as may in all the circumstances be fair and reasonable. Provided always that it shall be a conditi
4、on precedent to the Contractors right to an extension of the Period for Completion that the Contractor shall have given written notice as soon as practicable to the Employer of the circumstance or occurrence, order or breach which is delaying the Contractor but in any event within seven (7) days of
5、the cause of such delay becoming apparent, and provided further that in any case to which Sub-Clause (6.2.1) of this Clause applies, any such extension shall not in any event exceed the extension of time to which the Contractor is properly entitled and has been awarded under the Contract.6.3 Where d
6、iffering Periods for Completion are specified in the Second Appendix for different sections of the Contract Works (if any), then for the purposes of the preceding provisions of this Clause, each such section shall be treated separately.6.4 Before receipt of the Employers written instruction under Cl

9、ained under the provisions of the Contract which affect the Contract.6.6 The Employer shall supply the Contractor with one (1) copy of any programmes in existence at the date of this Contract issued by or to the Employer which affect the Contract Works and the Contractor shall be deemed to have a fu
10、ll knowledge and appreciation of any such programmes. The Contractor shall comply fully with the requirements of such programmes in execution of the Contract Works. To the extent (if any) that any of such programmes require other activities to be carried out concurrently with the Contract Works, the
11、 Contractor is deemed to have taken account of the same within the Contract Price, and no claims by the Contractor for additional payments or extensions of the Period for Completion will be allowed on that ground.6.7 If after the date of this Contract any programmes (including programme revisions) a
12、re issued by or to the Employer in respect of the Contract Works, the Employer shall provide the Contractor with one (1) copy of the same, and the Contractor shall without prejudice to any rights under any other provisions of the Contract comply fully with the requirements of such programmes in exec
13、ution of the Contract Works. 6.8 If the rate of the progress of the Contract Works or any parts thereof is, in the opinion of the Employer, too slow to ensure completion within the Period for Completion, or extended period (if any), then the Employer may give written notice to the Contractor to take
14、 necessary measures to ensure completion thereby, and the Contractor shall immediately take such steps as are necessary to expedite the completion of the Contract Works. If the Contractor fails to demonstrate that he has taken adequate measures to comply within seven (7) days after receipt of the wr

16、的 话)其他工作与承包工程同时进行，承 包人应被视为已将此项工作包括在合 同总价内，而承包人不得以此为理由 申索额外的款项或延期完成。6.7若在本合同日期以后由雇主发出或收 到关于承包工程的任何工作程序计划 表(包括该表的修改)雇主应向承包人 提供一份该表的副本，同时在不影响 本合同中任何条文相关权益的情况下， 承包人应完全按照该等工作程序计划 表实施承包工程。6.8若雇主认为承包工程或任何其中的部 份工作进度过慢，而未能确保在工期 内或延期期限内(如有的话)完工，则 雇主可以以书面形式通知承包人，采 取必须的行动以确保完工，承包人应 立即采取必要措施，务求尽快完成承 包工程。若在承包人收到有关的书面 通知后 7 日内仍然未能显示已经采取 了适当的行动，则雇主有权聘用额外 劳工，工具及/或物料及/或向其他人 等支付酬劳，以完成剩余的承包工程materials
