1、I颗粒包装机械毕业论文摘 要本论文是关于小颗粒食品的包装设备简称颗粒包装机的设计。颗粒包装机是将小颗粒的食品装入袋内，再封装。主要适用于小食品、医药产品的包装。它具有操作简单、生产量大、适用范围广等特点。颗粒包装机主要由几部分构成：引导成型部分、喂料部分、纵封牵引部分横封切割部分。塑料薄膜安装在退卷装置上，经过导辊的引导输送塑料薄膜在成型器的作用下形成袋状，这时纵封将袋封上纵向口，喂料装置下料，横封辊在将其封住横向开口，并且切断。至此一个包装袋形成。本文从基本理论、基本工作原理、基本分析方法上对设计作了阐述。在本次设计中采用了象鼻成型器，转盘式定量供料器，滚轮纵封装置，整体加工式横封辊结构。滚
