1、 Item试验条件Conditions of test绝缘电阻Insulation resistance在端子排上施加 DC500V 电压 1 分钟时,绝缘电阻应在 100M 以上。When DC 500V is applied on the terminal block for a minute, insulation resistance should be above 100 M电气强度Electrical intensity在端子排上施加频率为 50HZ 交流试验电压 2500V/min(额定电压为300V):3000V/min(额定电压为 600V),应无击穿或闪络现象。Apply

2、AC test voltage of 2500V 50Hz on the terminal block (rated vp;tage 300V)for 1 min. and then 3000V (rated voltage 600V) for 1min., there should be no puncture or flashover phenomenon.温升 Temperature rise用与夹紧件相应的最大横截面积的新软线或硬线进行连接,通以试验电流,在受试连接器件已经达到热平衡状态后,其温升不应超过45K。Connect with new flexible wire or rig

3、id line with cross section in correspondence with clamp device. Elec-trify test current and when connecting parts to be tested have been up to balance of heat, its temperature rise shouldnt exceed 45K耐热 Heat resistance端子排应在温度为 1103的恒温箱内,48 小时后取出,在常温下放置 1 小时后其绝缘电阻和电气强度应符合要求。Terminal block should be p

4、ut in the calorstat at nornal temperature of 1103. And then take it out after 48 minutes. When its put at normal temperature for an hour, its insulation resistance and electrical intensity should be up to the request.耐湿 Moisture-proof将端子排放在 403,湿度 95%RH 以上的恒温中,168 小时后取出,抹掉沾着的水珠后,其绝缘电阻电气强度应符合要求。Put t

5、he terminal in the calorstat at temperature of 403 with moisture above 95% RH. And then take it out after 168hours, remove the condensations, its insulation resistance and electrical intensity should be up to the request.落下强度 Fallen intensity端子排从 75CM 的高度跌落在 3mm 厚,平滑坚硬的钢板表面上,(钢板下面用约 10mm 厚的硬木衬垫),样品跌

6、落 5 次后无开裂、破碎现象。(氨基材料例外)The terminal block falls from the height of 75cm to smooth and firm steel plate surface with thickness of 3mm (the bottom of the steel plate is padded with hardwood with thickness of 10 mm).There is no splitting and broken phenomenon on the sample after it has fallen for five

7、times (except amino materials).耐漏电起痕 Electric leakage resistance trace绝缘材料的耐漏电起痕指数为 175V。Index of electric leakage resistance trace of insulating material is 175V.耐阻燃性 Fire-resistant绝缘材料在经温度为 96015的灼热丝试验后,应在 30s 内熄灭,最低不应起火,松木板不应烧焦。After glowing filament test at the temperature of 96015, the insulati

8、ng material should be flameout within 30 seconds. At least it should not catch fire; the pine board should not scorch.螺纹紧固力距 Thread fastening torque用 0.5-4.0mm2导线连接,以 1.5N.m(15kgf.cm)的扭矩紧固 5 次(每次用新导线)无异常,电线无深度痕迹或没有产生凹口、切口。Connected with conducting wires of 0.5-4.0mm2, no abnormity occurs after tight

9、ening for five times (using new conducting wire each time ) with torque of 1.5 N.m(15kgf.cm). There should be no notch, split or deep mark on the wire.耐冲击电压 Surge voltage对试品施加 10KV 冲击电压(脉冲前沿 1.2s30%、脉冲宽度50s30%)正负各 5 次(每 1 次间隔时间为 10s),试验时应无击穿或闪络现象。Apply surge volage of 10KV on test sample (pulse fron

10、t edge is 1.2s30, pulse width is 50s30%)for both plus and minus five times and each interval is 10 seconds, no puncture or flashover should occur during testing.耐老化 Resistance to aging将端子排放在加热箱内,温度为 702的条件下存放 168h,应无裂痕、发粘变腻现象。Put the terminal block into heating cabinet at the temperature of 702 for

11、168 hours, there should be nmo tacky or oily.三、性能 按 IEC998-1:1990 GB13140。1-1997 标准进行试验。Performance Test according to IEC998-1:1990 tage 300V)for 1 min. and then 3000V (rated voltage 600V) for 1min., there should be no puncture or flashover phenomenon.温升 Temperature rise用与夹紧件相应的最大横截面积的新软线或硬线进行连接,通以试
