Lead in After singing the song, Ill ask ss to sit down. “Sit down , please.”(write down this sentence on the blackboard ).Then ask them to stand up. “ Stand up, please.” Then “Put up your hands”, “Put down”. “Be quiet, please” and so on.(write dow

Then let ss to read the sentences above together.After reading, Ill tell ss, “This is our new lesson Imperative Sentence.” (Write “Imperative Sentence” on the blackboard.) Then ask ss “Do you know what the Imperative Sentence is and show the answer on the PPT.

5、Step 3. A Guessing Game Show some with pictures on PPT to ss, and let them try to guess out the meanings( using Imperative Sentences.)1. Turn left.2. Turn right.3. Be quiet, please.4. 6、pick the flowers.10.Dont sleep in class.Then ask the ss to read the sentences together, and try to draw a conclusion of the usage of imperative sentence.祈使句用法口诀: 祈使句,无主语,只要动词就可以; 表示请求或命令,加上 please 表客气; 如果变成否定句,Dont 开头是旋律; NO talking !是警示,祈使用法要牢记!Step4. Do 型 (即:动词原形(+宾语)+其它成分)。 e.g:Please have a seat here.=Have a seat here, please. 有的祈使句在意思明确的情况下,动词可省略。如:This way, pleas

9、e. = Go this way, please. 2. Be 型 (即:Be + 表语(名词或形容词)+其它成分)。e.g Be a good boy! 3. Let 型 (即:Let + 宾语 + 动词原形 + 其它成分)。 e.g Let me help you. 否定结构: (Negative forms) 1. Do 型和 Be 型的否定式都是在句首加 dont 构成。 e.g, Dont forget me! Dont be late for school! 2. Let 型的否定式有两种: “Dont + let + 宾语 + 动词原形 + 其它成分” “Let + 宾语 + n

10、ot + 动词原形 + 其它成分”。 e.g Dont let him go. / Let him not go.。 3. 有些可用 no 开头,用来表示禁止性的祈使句。 No + n / doing + 其他成分e.g No smoking! No fishing! 5b).
