1、 建筑工程项目论文：建筑工程项目论文：建筑工程项目 采暖工程 成本控制 控制措施【中文摘要】建筑工程项经济目标要通过工程施工成本控制来实现,工程项目成本控制工作的好坏,将直接决定企业的盈利与否。在市场经济条件下,项成本控制在整个企业管理中都有着举足轻重的作用,因此,对建筑工程项目成本控制的研究尤为重要。本文首先对工程项目成本控制理论进行综述,主要包括项目成本的构成,成本控制与质量、进度之间的关系及如何进行协调管理,项目成本控制的原理和控制措施。其次,采暖工程是建筑安装工程的一项,本文通过采暖工程特有的特点对其进行成本构成分析,得出采暖工程成本控制存在的问题及产生原因。最后,利用挣值法在采暖工程
2、中的应用,通过相关数据详细分析采暖工程存在偏差的阶段,并及时采取相应的纠偏措施。在建立责权利相结合的目标机制下,通过进度、质量的协调,事前、事中和事后的全过程控制,从而达到了工程项成本控制。【英文摘要】Project economic goals through the project construction cost control to realize, project cost control work quality, it will directly determines the enterprises profit or not.
