1、材料:沙丁鱼 柠檬 辣椒面 姜 迷迭香 橄榄油做法:1.姜切丝,迷迭香却梗留叶片,柠檬去皮,把皮切成细丝。2.沙丁鱼洗净后,放入一个干净的碗里,把切好的姜丝,柠檬皮丝,迷迭香,加少许盐进行腌制,时间为半个小时左右。3.用柠檬皮和迷迭香腌制沙丁鱼能有效的去除鱼的腥味。4.取烤盘,铺上烘焙纸,把腌制好的沙丁鱼摆放在烤盘上,刷一层橄榄油,鱼的表面再撒一些柠檬丝,进预热好温度为200度的烤箱里,上下火先烤15分钟,根据自已的口味适量的撒一些辣椒面,再进烤箱烤十分钟左右,因为用的是上下火,所以可以不用翻面。烤熟后,在食用前,再滴一些柠檬汁口感会更好。小贴士:1.沙丁鱼除了用香草的柠檬去腥外,还可以用啤酒
