1、client 1 is able to ping 10.1.1.2 but not 10.1.1.1 ,initial troublesshooting shows that R1 does not have any OSPF neighbors or any OSPF routes.1. ip ospf authentication:一般是R1 和 R2 上的 s0/0 接口上的认证不匹配造成的，所以直接用 show run 看一下 R1 和 R2 上的接口HSRP has been configurationured between DSW1 and DSW2. DSW1 is confi
2、gurationured to be active routerbut is never becomes active even though the communication between DSW1 and DSW2 is working.2. HSRP ：Dsw1 没有成为活动者，这个可以在 dsw1 上看他的 hsrp 的配置，在本实例中 是由于路由跟踪错误。Client 1 is able to ping 209.65.200.226 but not the Web Server at 209.65.200.241 ,Initial troubleshooting shows an
3、d R1 does not have any BGP routes.R1 also does not show any active BGP neighbor.3. BGP neighbor这个主要是 R1 上的 BGP 的邻居指定有错误，所以，直接到 R1 上看关于 BGP 的邻居的地址以及 AS 号是否正确。Client 1 and Client 2 are not able to reach the WebServer at 209.65.200.241, Initial troubleshooting shows that DSW1 , DSW2 and all the routers

NAT ACL客户端不能 PING 通 WEB server,但 DSW1 和 DSW2 以及其它的路由器都能 PING 通，这说明错误就在 DSW1 上，show run 一下发觉是 NAT 的 access-list 的 地范围弄错了。Client 1 is not able to reach the WebServer at 209.65.200.241 ,Initail troubleshooting shows that R1 is also not able to reach the WebServer ,R1

R1 ACL客户机不能 PING 通 web server R1 也不能 Ping 通，可以检查 R1 发觉是 access-list 拒绝了内部的地址也拒绝了 R1 上的 s0/0/1 上的地址，所以我们应该 添加一条允许 R1 上的 s0/0/1 上的地址，因为这个地址是用来转换内部地址到 该地址的。Client 1 is getting an ip address from the DHCP server but is not able to ping DSW1 or the FTP Serve

VLAN-filter客户机能够从 DHCP 获得地址但 ping 不通 DSW1 和 FTP server 这说明一定在 DSW1 上过滤掉了客户机的 IP 地址，因为能够获得地址则说明过滤列表没有拒 绝 255.255.255.255 这个客户机请求 DHCP 服务器的广播地址以及 DHCP 服务器 的地址。利用 show run 看一下 DWS1 的配置即可。Client 1 is getting a 169.x.x.x IP address and is not able to ping Client 2 or DSW1 ,Initial troubleshooting sh

Switchport security客户机得到一个地址 169.x.x.x 的地址但不能 ping 能 DWS1 和 client2 我们可以 先从 asw1 着手，先检查 client1 所连接的端口，发觉应用了 switchport security 并且设定了静态 MAC 地址，这是因为系统默认一个接口最多只能有一个 mac 地址（switchport security 开启的情况下）于是我们去掉这个手动指定的静态 MAC 地址，然后再 ping 一下即可。Client 1

Switch trunk还是和上面题类似，我们可以发觉 asw1 上的接口连接的二个 client 是属于 vlan10 的但 port-channel 接口上的只允许 vlan1-9 这并没有允许 VLAN10 通过， 所以我们应该在 asw1 上改一下允许 VL
10、AN10 通过。Client 1 is not able to reach the WebServer ,Initial troubleshooting shows that DSW1 can ping the Fa0/1 interface of R4 but not the s0/0/0.34 interface.10.Eigrp as 号号首先我要说 一下题库中说能 PING 通 R4 的 fa0/1，这是不对的，因为如果能 ping 通的话，那么说明 eigrp 在 R4 上配置没有错，纠正一下，应该是不能 PING 通 R4 的 fa0/1， 题干说 client1 不能 ping
11、通 WEB server 服务器，那么我们就从 DSW1 开始 ping 起走，当我们 ping 到 R4 的时候不能 ping 通 R4 的 s0/0/0.34， 但不能 ping 通 R4 的 fa0/1，那么我们就会想到是不是路由的问题，先用 show ip eigrp nei 查看一下邻居，发现没有发现任何邻居然后 show run 一下看一下 eigrp 在 R4 上的配置，我们发现 eigrp 的 AS 号和 DSW1 以及 DSW2 都不同，这 就是问题所在，那么我们就更改成和 DSW1 以及 DSW2 一样的 EIGRP 的 AS 号一 样就可以了。 Client 1 is n
12、ot able to reach the WebServer ,Initial troubleshooting shows that DSW1 cna ping the Fa0/1 interface of R4 but not the s0/0/0.34 interface.11.Redistribute 这个题和 10 描述是一下的，这个描述就对了，首先 show ip eigrp neighbor 看 到 R4 为自己邻居。可以说明在 R4 上的 EIGRP 没有错，那我们看一下 DSW1 以 及 DSW2 上的路由表可以发觉只有 EIGRP 区域内的路由但没有其它网段上的路 由，很有可
13、能是 R4 上的二种路由发布有问题所以我们看一下 R4 上的 redistriubte 我们发觉是路由发布出了问题，将 route-map 的名字改成一样就行 了。DSW1 and R4 cannot ping R2s loopback or R2s s0/0/0.12 IPV6 address ,Initial troubleshooting shows and R2 is not an OSPFv3 neighbor on R3.12.IPV6OSPFv3题干说 DSW1 和 R4 不能 ping 通 R2 的 loopback 接口和 R2 上的 s0/0/0.12，那 我们先用 DSW1 和 R4 ping R3 如果能 ping 通，那么问题可以肯定是有 R2 上先看 一下 R3 和 R2 的邻居（show ip os nei）如果没有则说明是 ospfv3 的通告有问题， 那么我们到 R3 和 R2 上去看一下他们的 OSPFv3 的配置，可以发现是 R2 的 s0/0/0.23 的接口没有通进 OSPFv3 中，那么我们将它通告进即可。
