Groundwork (1) Dig a cubic hole in the center of the ground with size of 40X40X40cm. (2) Then dig four triangular (each side is 70cm) pits wit
2、h the depth of 70cm symmetrical 4.0 meters from the central hole in four directions. One angle of each triangle pit points to the center hole. (Fig 2) (3) Fix the 6 foundation bolt onto the base plate. Screw with the M16 nuts. (The thread should be 15mm out of nut) Put the Base plate in the center (
3、the axes of pits BD or AC).The Base plate should be 4-5cm higher than the ground. Adjust the Base plate in level and Concrete it. （mixture ratio is cement : sand : cobble= 1:2:3） (4) Put the ground anchors into each triangle pit. Make the guy wires towards the centre. Lay crushed stone into the pits
4、, then concrete them; Lay crushed stone (about 25kg) into the pits and concrete them again. Doing it by turns, till fill it. At last, draw the guy wires toward the ground center with a 60 degree angle from the ground. (5) Lift up the chain and put concrete into the hole to the middle of the toppest
5、chain lock. Chain link exposed half of the ground. (6) Protection period of the concrete foundation is 15 days usually, within this period, please dont install the wind turbines. 2. Installation. (1) Select a day without wind or wind speed smaller than light breeze. (2) First adjust the Base plate i
6、n level position, then put the washer onto the foundation bolt, fasten the nuts. Fit together the upper, middle, lower mast. Put the mast on the “A” pit (Fig 4). Link the mast bottom to the bottom plate with 16 pin, then put on the washer and connects them. (3) Draw the guy wires in A, B, C, D four
7、directions. Join the ferrule a steel wire end, the lap of splice is about 200mm, catches with the rope clamp. Lay the loop at the top of pole. After 4 joining, the steel wire ferrule grasps and passes through hangs the link collar extension set respectively in the erecting pole peak, together with h
8、angs the link to push erecting poles platform. (4) Put the Steel-wire rope through turnbuckle O shape and let the wire rope through the ferrule. Connect the turnbuckle whic
10、h is on the C pit with the ground anchor chain. Adjust the length of the wires to make the mast tend to vertical. Let the raising lever install the bottom of pole, using M12 screws to fixup. Unfasten the turnburkle of hole C and shackle of ground anchor. Use steel wire rope to fasten the top of pole
11、. Adjust tight spot to make sure the steel wire rope between the top of pole and erecting pole tighten. (5) Put a 1m bracket into pit A. Loose the screw buckle in pit B and pit D (About 5cm length). Install lifting zipper between the ground anchor of hole C and screw buckle. Fall down the mast slowl
12、y, support the pole with bracket at the loop of steel wire rope. (6) Insert the cable through the bottom to the top of the mast with a steel wire(23mm) and extend out about 20 to 50cm. Connect the 3 thrum of the cable (which derivative from the slip ring) with the terminal block. (7) Install the gen
13、erator together with the rotor onto the flange on mast top. Fasten the screw. （8） Draw back the mast; connect the screw buckle of pit C to the anchor. Adjust he length of the screw buckle in four directions. Strain the steel wires to make the stand tube in its vertical position. （9） Check the wire b
14、lock, screw buckle and all connecting point. Make sure it is safety. Then wrap and blocked them with galvanized wire.
