1、哈尔滨商业大学广厦学院毕业论文I摘 要中小企业作为活跃市场的基本力量，容纳了社会上大多数的就业人员，在促进经济增长及解决就业和再就业过程中，发挥着重要作用。中小企业的发展需要强有力的 金融支持，但由于企业自身和我国经济体制等多方面的原因，致使我国中小企业普遍 存在的融资难的问题，融资难造成中小企业融资方式单一，融资渠道狭隘，融资结构 存在许多缺陷。融资难严重制约了我国中小企业的发展速度。目前的全球经济危机对 我国中小企业的生存和发展产生了很大的影响，不少中小企业因为缺乏资金，面临着 即将倒闭的困境，而且从更长远的角度来看，融资难问题已经成为阻碍中小企业发展 的主要原因。想要解决中小企业生存和发
2、展上的障碍，能够想尽办法解决中小企业融资问题，无疑是一条有效的途径。在当前经济发展的情况下，采取什么样的办法解决 中小企业的融资问题是值得我们去探讨的。 文章以黑龙江成宇公司为研究对象，对民营企业融资问题进行了探讨，从企业自 身角度研究民营企业融资决策问题，找出符合企业的融资方式、渠道以及提高企业管 理水平的思路来解决融资难问题，并结合黑龙江成宇公司的实际，提出了实现成宇有 限公司融资的具体对策。关键词 ：融资；融资方式；融资渠道哈尔滨商业大学广厦学院毕业论文IIAbstractSmall and medium-sized enterprises as an active market of
