1、摘要本项目名称为新美花园 2 号地项目，是由青岛市新美置业有限公司投资建设的住宅项目，项目坐落在青岛市城阳区惜福镇街道院后社区、铁骑山路西侧，占地面积 58855，项目总建筑面积 58855。项目总投资约 2.1 元人民币。项目落成以后，这里展现在世人眼前的不再是破旧的小村庄，而是一片智能化、多元化、一体化，环境优美、设施齐全、服务到位，健康，绿色、环保的综合性现代化小区。项目的投资建成将对城阳区惜福镇的发展起到很大的推动作用，并能对周边地段的区位形象、土地价值、环境改善起到辐射性作用。本项目建设周期预计为二年半，计划 2013 年下半年开工 2014 年末竣工。其中，2013 年 6 月20
