1、系统升级 Win7 后解决 Protel99se 的 PCB 封装库不能识别的有效办法 作者 蜈蚣花网上关于这个问题的文章很多。但实际操作起来能行得通的为数不多。其实真正解决这个问 题并不太困难。只需这样操作： 第一、 将原来 XP 系统下能正常使用的 Protel99se 配置文件 ADVPCB99SE.INI 和 ADVSCH99SE.INI 拷贝出来。并将文件中 PCB 封装库的存放路径修改为系统升级 Win7 后 Protel99se 配置文件 ADVPCB99SE.INI 和 ADVSCH99SE.INI 的存放路径。 第二、 正常安装 Win7 系统和 Protel99se。把修改
