2、优化大学生篮球兴趣是摆在我们面前急需要解决的课题。本研究通过对本校女大学生参与篮球运动的现状和影响因素的研究，力求探悉本校女大学生篮球活动的特点，为更好的开展本校篮球工作，丰富大学生篮球生活，提高大学生身体素质和健康水平，树立终身体育的习惯等提供一些有价值的参考。本文通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法和数理统计法对本校女大学生篮球兴趣现状进行了调查，并提出了相应的发展对策。通过调查得知我校女大学生对篮球兴趣受篮球态度、篮球动机、锻炼后心理成就感、篮球课学习兴趣的影响。学校篮球文化氛围、学校篮球场地设施情况、学业压力、自身缺乏篮球技术等也是重要影响因素。针对以上问题，提出了针对性的发展对策：开设
3、篮球理论课；学校篮球改革要注意培养学生的篮球兴趣和篮球能力，形成正确的篮球价值观念，养成自觉锻炼习惯，完善我校篮球运动管理组织工作；大力营造校园篮球文化和篮球氛围，积极面向全体学生开展群体篮球比赛，可在传统的比赛项目中加入趣味性、小型多样的比赛，做到篮球比赛大众参与；加强贯彻实施全民健身计划纲要 、 国家学生体质健康标准等我国有关的教育、体育法规制度，使学校的篮球活动得到贯彻落实；学校篮球教学内容要多样化，趣味化，提高女大学生的篮球技术水平和能力；加大经费投入，提高学校篮球场地设施的质量和数量，为女大学生课余体育活动提供好物质保证。关键词：女大学生；篮球；现状；因素；对策临沂大学 2011 届
