2、，研究瓶装水企业的生产与配送管理具有十分重要的意义。本论文以HD 矿泉水有限公司作为研究对象，试图通过对其在生产和配送管理现状方面进行的研究和分析，发现其在生产效率、人工与配送管理流程等方面存在的问题，并分别进行研究分析。针对这些问题，利用工业工程中的一些科学方法，优化、解决瓶装水公司在生产与配送管理中所遇到的问题，提出有效的公司生产和配送管理的改进对策和措施，帮助企业树立全新的生产与配送管理方式，提高生产与配送管理水平，增强企业竞争力。针对公司生产过程中存在的问题，应用工业工程理论进行分析，并提出改善方向。关关键键词词：工业工程；瓶装水；生产；配送管理瓶装水生产与配送管理问题的研究- II

A bottle of water， from production to distribution， determines an enterprise can survive in the market or not. Its very important for an enterprise， that establishing an efficient pro

So the research of bottled water production in a enterprise management is of great significance.In this paper we regard HD mineral water company as the research object， through the research and
