2、统，要完成一个真正可以投入使用的办公自动化系统，还需要到实践中寻找需求，进行进一步的完善。本文主要是通过建立一个工作流办公系统，来探讨工作流技术应用在办公自动化系统中的优势。本系统涉及三类用户分别是普通用户、管理员和领导，共同控制系统的活动。本论文首先分析工作流技术优势，然后阐述如何运用 Jsp 技术实现基于 B/S架构的工作流办公系统，同时阐述 jBPM、eclipse 等开源工具在 Web 框架下的应用。关键词：关键词：工作流,办公自动化，jBPM，Jsp，web英文摘要IIABSTRACTIn recent years,with the rapid development of the

The Workflow technique has been improving step by step.It makes daily office efficiency increased greatly.Workflow office automation system itself is a great system which owes a lot of functions.
