2、xxx ChinaJune 2014摘要I摘 要随着现代科技的进步和经济全球化的迅速发展,顾客消费水平不断提高,企业之间的竞争 日益加剧,整市场需求的不确定性不断增加。企业面临着缩短交货期、提高质量、改进服 务、满足个性化需求和降低成本等的挑战。越来越多的企业管理者认识到物流配送是连锁 经营发展的关键,建立良好的物流配送体系已成为提高连锁超市核心竞争的重要手段现代 物流配送可以通过提高运作效率、降低成本、尽可能提高对顾客需求的响应来为企业创造 利润,成为企业重要的利润源泉。 配送中心作为现代连锁企业的综合流通机构,以先进设备和工艺为基础,集商流、物 流、信息流与一体,在整个供应链中作为物流结点

3、起着承上启下的关键作用,对其进行有 效地绩效评价是保障其正常运营的前提,也是保障供应链物流顺畅的前提。评价方法是否 恰当直接影响着评价结果的准确性。 本文对配送中心的进行了简要介绍,以某连锁企业为例,并将前文所建立的配送绩效 评价体系加以实际应用。通过对指标体系的模糊综合评价,可算出该连锁超市配送中心的 综合绩效得分,并得出每个一级指标的评价等级(优、良、中、差)隶属度,配送中心据此可 以知道哪些环节有较强的竞争力,哪些环节又需要进行改善,从而在整体上提高配送中心 的绩效水平。关键词:关键词:配送中心,绩效评价,层次分析,评价方法ABSTRACTIIStudy on Evaluation of
