3、，拓宽投资渠道.195.3 深化体制改革，提高投资力度.19结论.20参考文献.21致谢.23附录.251基于人力资本视角的收入分配差距研究以湖南省为例经济学 2006 级 邓娜 摘要：收入分配差距是任何社会形式中不可避免会出现的问题，是人们生活关注的焦点问题。一定差距的收入分配存在能够促进经济的更快发展，能够使社会处于安定平稳的状态。但是，一旦收入差距过大，就可能引起社会的不稳定，民心的动荡。回顾历史的发展，任何形式的反对统治者的起义，究其根本原因，无一不是因为收入分配的巨大差距引起。随着中国经济的飞速发展，我国居民收入水平不断提高，但我国也从计划经济时代收入分配最为平均的国家一跃成为收入差
4、距最大的国家，这种差距存在于不同的行业，不同的地区、不同的社会阶级之间，因此，研究收入分配的影响因素就显得十分重要。经济体制的变迁、经济体制改革中政府的不规范行为、税收社会保障体系不健全、城乡二元经济结构的存在等都是影响收入分配差距的重要因素。本文主要从人力资本角度探究城乡收入差距。首先论述了本文的选题背景、国内外研究现状及本文的研究思路；其次从城乡居民收入差距的测定分析湖南省城乡收入差距的现状，接着以湖南省为例探究了人力资本因素对收入分配的影响，然后分析实证研究的结果，最后在此基础上提出了几点缩小城乡收入差距的政策建议。关键词：收入差距；人力资本；人力资本投资；人力资本测量2A Study

With the rapid development of Chinese economy, on one hand, Chinas resident income level keep raising, on the other hand, Chinas income distribution from the planned economy era, the most average income gap in the world become the largest country.
