2、模流分析。同时，在对 FAW-A1 前照灯整体设计的基础上，重点对前照灯的光学设计进行了研究和学习。设计主要满足了汽车前照灯在光学方面的行业标准。也在满足各项要求的同时，力争使设计成本低廉，品质优良，外观优美融于车身。依据论文内容，主要工作如下：第一，了解任务书的内容，明确设计任务；阅读大量与车灯前照灯相关的资料和文献；翻译与车灯相关的英文文献。第二，通过和工程师的沟通以及搜集学习汽车前照灯的相关信息，明确各自的设计任务，列出设计任务安排和进度表，通过与结构设计和震动分析的组员讨论，得出相对合理的方案简图。第三，依据法规的要求，认真对比选择，筛选性价比比较高的前照灯光源，并依据光源设计出合理的
3、前照灯反射器，能够与结构设计的组员相配合。第四，通过公司的软件，将数据模拟出前照灯光源照射出来的光强分布，合理的调整光源与反射器的角度，使之与法规相符合，检验与完善前照灯的光学设计。撰写毕业设计论文，同时总结出本设计中的改进和不足之处，展望未来该车型前照灯设计的趋势和值得努力的方向。最后，给出毕业设计的心得体会。关键词：FAW-A1 前照灯设计 光学设计 光源的选择对比 反射器设计河海大学本科论文 FAW-A1 汽车前照灯光学设计（星宇车灯）IIIAbstract As car modeling is largely depends on the headlamps, and headlamp
