2、虽然，许多研究者对此方面的研究已有初步的探讨， 但由于研究的手段和方法、以及人群所在区域不尽相同，结果仍有差异。本研究的目的是通过对广州市部分高校在校学生的调查，了解广州市部分高校 大学生自杀意念及尝试自杀的情况；同时了解非常丰富生自杀意念及尝试自杀与 人格、自我概念、社会支持、家庭教养方式、生活事件及抑郁和焦虑等因素的关 系；为大学生自杀预防提供科学依据。qlIIJ大学2006级MPH学位论文 广州市；l；分大学，上白杀意念及尝试自杀现缘与影响 素的研究对象与方法l 研究内容：本研究着重解决以下问题：了解广州市部分高校大学生自杀 意念及尝试自杀的概况；研究大学生自杀意念及尝试自杀与人格、自我
3、概念、社 会支持、家庭教养方式、生活事件及抑郁和焦虑等因素的关系；为大学生自杀预 防提供科学依据。2研究对象：研究对象为广州地区部分高校的大学生。3研究方法：本文采取分层整群随机抽样的方法，在广州10多所高校学生中发放问卷调查广州高校大学生自杀意念发生的情况；并用SPSSl30统计软件进行数据管理与分析处理，以自杀意念和尝试自杀作为变量，采用t与Z检验进 行单因素分析，多元logistic回归进行多因素分析，研究不同人群特征、牛活 事件、人格特征、社会支持等因素对自杀的影响。结果本研究根据统计的资料讨论广州市大学生自杀意念与尝试自杀的内部和外 部影响因素。依据以下观点：心理分析关于自杀的观点、
4、行为主义关于自杀的观 点、人本主义关于自杀的观点、社会学理论关于自杀的观点、生物学理论关于自 杀的观点展开讨论；并针对广州市大学生自杀的现状讨论影响的内因和外因。本 次研究中，经调查发现，在大学生群体中自杀意念的发生率为374，尝试自杀 率为36；不同特征人群自杀意念发生率尝试自杀发生率均是来自城镇的大学生群体(4119)高于来自农村的(3422)，尝试自杀发生率也是来自城镇的 大学生群体(433)高于来自农村的(233)，并且两者的差别都有统计学意 义；不同年级大学生自杀意念发生率有统计学意义，其中以高年级的较突出，特别是四年级以上的大学生自杀意念的发生率达到6774；独生子女的自杀意念发生
5、率也明显高于非独生子女的，达到4291，是否独生子女的尝试自杀率无 统计学意义；喝酒的因素与大学生自杀意念无显著的相关性，但与尝试自杀有显qJIIl大学2006级MPH学位论文 广州市部分大学生臼杀意念及尝试n杀现缘与影响因素的研究著的相关性，经常喝酒的尝试自杀率达到1905；家庭环境中成员的关系与自 杀意念和尝试自杀都有显著的相关性，家庭关系疏远的远高于家庭关系密切的， 家庭关系疏远的尝试自杀发生率达到789；学校是否对大学生进行心理辅导与 自杀意念发生率有显著的相关性；心理健康与自杀意念和尝试自杀发生率都有显 著的相关性，心理健康存在问题的大学生(持续郁闷)的自杀意念发生率(6600)和尝
6、试自杀发生率(204l)均高于心理正常人群(偶尔郁闷)的自杀意念发生率(2656)和尝试自杀发生率(165)；有无亲朋自杀的大学生的自杀意念 和尝试自杀发生率都有显著的相亲性，有亲朋自杀经历的大学牛的自杀意念报告 率(3841)及尝试自杀报告率(531)均高于无亲朋自杀经历的大学生的自 杀意念报告率(3800)及尝试自杀报告率(325)。结论经研究得出以下结论：l、广州部分高校大学生自杀意念发生率比文献资料 显示的数据高(文献资料中显示大学生自杀意念发生率是13)。2、大学生的 自杀意念和尝试自杀率在不同亚群中有所不同。关系疏远，特别是有矛盾的家庭关系比亲密的家庭更易产生自杀意念。开展心理健康
7、教育对自杀意念和尝试自杀 有一定的缓解作用。负性生活事件是引发大学牛自杀的重要因素，有亲朋自杀经 历的大学生更容易产生自杀意念或尝试自杀。应对积极性高的大学牛自杀意念报告率低于消极性高的大学生，获得越多的社会支持越不容易产生自杀意念或发生尝试自杀行为。本研究以此为依据提出了对广州大学生自杀预防的建议和措施，以期为我国 大学生心理健康教育的理论研究方向提供理论资料和实证结果，对高校自杀预防 工作的开展能起到一定指导作用。关键词： 自杀意念尝试自杀影响因素自杀预防l中山大学2006级MPH学位论文 广州市部分大学生臼杀意念及尝试自杀现级与影响闪素的研究A Study on Suicide Idea
