1、Analysis on the Relationship between Regular Education and Training Education in ChinaIntroduction It is the end of summer vacation. Another new semester is going to start. 2、 for science (a kind of training course) as well as the Mathematical Olympiad training course and English training course in the Shuren training center took up 25 days out of my 30-day-vacation. Whats more, they all have homework to be finished. And the school also has a lot of homework. How hard an

3、d tired I am!” Lijia wrote so in his diary.Nowadays, the training education is developing at surprising speed and competing fiercely with the regular education. Thus, students become the direct bearer of this invisible war between the regular education and the training education. Holidays were depri

4、ved of from the two educations and only constant course exist in their lives. Some schools will snatch high quality students who receive enough training courses and behave well in the training education. Worse even, some schools will establish unnormal channel with the training organizations to get

5、great deal of money.While the training education will be a complementary for the regular education regardless their negative relations. After all, China has a large amount of population. Besides, people have various demand of education. At the same time, the regular education has no enough capacity

6、to carry all the needs of education. Therefore, the development of the training education is of great use in promoting the further development of Chinese people.This paper attempts to analyze the positive and negative relationships between the regular education and the training education as well as

7、the reasons for such kind of social phenomenon. The negative relationships are coming first, followed by brief introduction on the positive relationship and finally some basic advice about how to solve the existing problem and proceed by making full use of the advantages.1 Negative Relationship and

8、Relevant Reasons1.1 “Inner corporation”Since the establishment of the training education in 2000s, various education training organizations turn up. Some are set up by the individual group, such us the New Oriental and New Channel. Some are founded by some big organizations especially by those educa

9、tional organizations like schools. For instance, in the College of Foreign Language and International Education in HUNAN University, courses for Business English Certificate Vantage and Higher as well as for International English Language Testing System and Test Of English As A Foreign Language and

10、so on will have quite a lot of trainees every times, short-termed but high expense, by the way.For the individual group of education training organization, they receive trainees not only from the individuals in society, but also from the schools and other organizations. As we all know that grouping

11、is an efficient way to get customers. People are inclined to save as more money as they can. Grouping courses are generally lower in price for about 10 percent than the individuals application. So the education training organization will develop long-term relationship with other groups especially sc

12、hools because schools have more advantages to call for bigger groups. Generally, students who should receive compulsory education should be distributed into the schools which are near to their living places. But the process is more than hardness and darkness. Fuyan, a mother of a middle-school-stude

13、nt-to-be, told stories happened on her family and her daughter. Her daughter is going to be a student of a key school. There is no doubt that her daughter has the capacity. But this is not enough. Many students like her daughter even better ones were obsolete. What happened? The reason lies in the t

14、raining courses which her daughter took part in. These courses are not regular course. They are set up by that key school and taught by the best teachers (as the school said so). More important, the training center and the teachers implied that test questions were probably selected from the courses.

15、 Besides, students participating the courses had the priority to be enrolled by the school because they had the qualification to take part in the exams which only they know the time and spots. Because of this, her daughter has been taking part in training courses since grade five in primary school.

16、“I do not want my daughter to have a hard life, either. But you will feel more powerless when you see other kids have examinations to take while your kid can do nothing but stand beside and watch.” And competitions exist not only between the trainees and regular students but also within the trainees. Only the top 30 students can get the qualifications if there is a class of 80 and the rest 50 students have to compete to access the gate of the entry of the school.The case of Fus daughter is no
