Because of this, I asked several people for help, like IT guys to check if windows visions and office visions was not matched to the software, and customer service of this software to check if there was anything wrong with the software. 5、d helps you post-check.THE STEPS OF HANDLING THE SOFTWAREThe forth step, When you type the reference no, date, port no, port name and amount, there are some rules below to be obeyed, just quote as followed: 一、海关缴款书号码必须为22位，以打印在海关缴款书上的号码 ：（0301）220120081018227577-L02为例，在电子申报软件填 写的海关缴款书号码为：22012008101
6、8227577-L02，（0301） 不属于海关缴款书号码，不应当填写。二、电子申报软件的填发日期应当填写海关缴款书上打印的“填 发日期”所列内容，不应当填写纳税人“实际申报日期”或电子 申报软件默认的当前日期。日期填写规则为：“YYYY-MM-DD” ，其中“YYYY”为年份；“MM”为月份；“DD”为日期。THE STEPS OF HANDLING THE SOFTWARE三、“进口口岸代码”填写海关缴款书号码的前4位，以上述号码 为例则填写“2201”。 四、在进行海关缴款书号码录入时，号码中的数字、字母和字符 必须采用半角输入状态进行输入，字母必须为大写字母，倒数 第四位不得出现下划线
7、。输入过程中不得有空格，号码位数不 得超位、缺位。 五、若由于进口货物较多，纳税人取得多张但号码为一致的海关 缴款书，则这些同一号码的海关缴款书作为一份凭证进行录入 ，不得分拆。录入税额为最后一张（同一号码）海关缴款书的 合计税额。 六、若海关缴款书打印模糊，纳税人不得自行猜测海关缴款书上 打印的内容，必须与海关或进口代理商联系确认后录入，否则 会造成稽核比对异常，影响纳税人的申报抵扣。THE STEPS OF HANDLING THE SOFTWAREThe fifth step, after typing all the invoices, the data should be saved at the pubic folder for the online tax filing and the documents need printing for future reference.
