3、目前的产品质量及使用寿命远远缩短不如以前，企业为了能够赢得市场占据主动，必须要不断的研发新产品，符合市场的需要。新的产品的研发包含了设计和制造，其中设计是产品开发的第一步，是决定产品的性能、质量、水平、市场竞争力和经济效益的最主要因素。机械产品的设计是对产品的功能、工作原理、系统运动方案、机构的运动与动力设计、机构的结构尺寸、力和能量的传递方式、各个零件的材料和形状尺寸、润滑方法等进行构思分析与计算，并将其转化为具体的描述以作为制造依据的工作过程。自动打标机有着很多应用领域，比如说汽车，零件，管件，法兰等。自动打标机同样有着很多优点：结构简单，容易控制，生产效率高，速度快，打标过后的标记清晰，
4、并且后期的维护费用投入少。打标机主要的基本工作原理是要把打印的标记内容通过中英文字符或数字等方式输入计算机，计算机打标软件会把内容转换为数字控制信号，传送到控制器，驱动打印从而在工件上打出由连续点阵构成的字符和图形，打印针在 x-y-z两维或三维平面或者是立体内按设定的轨迹运行，从而在工件表面上打印出由密集点阵组成的图形。在本次的自动打标机设计中，将从机构的运动，结构，自动化方向来研究，分析机构的速度、压力、轨迹，以及按照已知的条件来设计好的产品。关键词：自动控制技术；自动打标机；计算机打标金陵科技学院学士学位论文 AbstractIVDevelopment of automatic mark
