2、ON STRATEGY by Hou Jian Supervisor: Prof. Jin Hao March 2014 I 摘 要摘 要 随着世界经济全球化迅速发展的趋势，创新已成为时代的主题。企业若想在激烈的市场竞争中，拥有长期的竞争优势，持续不断地进行技术创新从而形成自己的核心竞争力是必经之路。因此，要关注和研究企业技术创新已成为一个重要课题。 TL 集团作为中药现代化的开拓者和现代中药理念的创新者，从现代中药起步，向生物药和化学药领域扩展；又从制药业，向大健康领域扩展，产业体系更加丰满。TL 集团的成长壮大得益于创新，TL 集团的未来同样依靠创新。 本文以我国知名中药企业 TL 集团为
3、研究对象，运用技术创新理论以及公司战略管理理论对企业技术创新战略进行分析研究。全文共分 7 章，首先描述技术创新及战略管理等基本理论，其次介绍了 TL 集团的概况以及技术创新现状，第三，论文对 TL 集团技术创新内外部环境进行分析，最后，研究设计 TL 集团技术创新战略，并提出一系列保障措施。本文试图提出一些具体的，可操作的建议，希望有助于 TL 集团的快速发展。 【关键词】中药 技术创新 战略 保障措施 II ABSTRACT With the globalization of the world economy the trend of rapid development,innovati

Enterprises in the fierce competition in the market, have long-term competitive advantage, continuouslycarry out technical innovation to form their own core competitive ability is the only way which must be passed. Therefore, to concern and study of enterpr
5、ise technology innovation has become an important topic of. TL group as the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine and modern medicine theory pioneer innovators, starting from the modern Chinese medicine, extended to the bio medicine and chemical medicine field; and fromthe pharmaceutical ind
6、ustry, the expansion of the field of health, industrial system more plump. TL group to grow thanks to innovation, TL groups future also depends on innovation. Based on Chinas well-known Chinese enterprises TL group as the research object, using the theory of technical innovation and the theory of co
7、rporate strategic management of enterprise technology innovation strategy analysis. The thesis consists of 5 chapters, firstly describes the basic theory of technology innovation and strategic management, then introduces the general situation of TL group and the innovation of technology, third, the
8、analysis of the TL group, the technology innovation of internal and external environment, at last, put forward a series of technical innovation strategy for the implementation of safeguard measures. This paper tries to put forward some concrete, actionable recommendations, rapid development and hope
