3、ions”), Party A and Party B, having reached an agreement based on the principles of equality, willingness and mutual benefit, hereby enter into this Contract on matters in relation to the Lease of the Property by Party A to Party B.2一、出租房屋情况一、出租房屋情况1. Condition of the Lease or Pre-Lease Property1.甲方
4、 出租 给乙方的房屋座落在上海市 区 路 弄 号幢 2001 单位（以下简称该房屋） 。建筑面积为 平方米，房屋用途 住宅，房屋结构为钢混。甲方已向乙方出示：Party A shall lease Party B the Property situated at Unit 2001, Block , Lane , Road, District (hereinafter referred to as “the Property”). 7、 subject to a mortgage.4.该房屋的公用或合用部位的使用范围、条件和要求；现有装修、附属设施、设备状况和甲方同意乙方自行装修和增设附属设施的内容、标准及需约定的有关事宜，由甲、乙双方分别在本合同附件(二)、(三)中加以列明。甲、乙双方同意该附件作为甲方向乙方交付该房屋和本合同终止时乙方向甲方返还该房屋的验收依据。3The area and the use of the public or common part of the Property; the existing fixtures, facilities, condition of equipment and th

Delivery Date and Lease Term3-1 甲乙双方约定，甲方于 2009 年 8 月 28 日向乙方交付该房屋。2009 年 8 月 28 日至 8 月 31 日为免租期，在此期间，乙方无须支付房屋租金，但乙方同意支付此段期间所产生的水电煤等公共事业费。Party A and Party B have agreed that Party A s

13、2009 to Aug.31, 2010 .3-2租赁期满，甲方有权收回该房屋，乙方应如期返还。乙方需继续承租房屋的，则应于租赁期届满前 壹 个月，向甲方提出续租书面要求，经甲方同意后重新签订租赁合同。Upon expiry of the lease term, Party A shall have the right to repossess the Property in its entirety and Party B shall return it accordingly.
