1、论文资源网 最专业的论文与设计资源学习、分享平台. 论文写作指导:QQ625880526摘要随着电力电子技术及电力半导体器件的飞速发展,国外发达国家大量推广采用了逆变技术的电源,促进了逆变式电源的发展。作为更新换代的革命性电源,在可靠性和性价比以及高效节能方面,都有着广泛的市场和发展前景。相比于传统的电压型逆变电路,采用正弦脉冲调制(SPWM)的方法就可在把直流变成交流的同时,既能调压,又能调频。实际上 PWM 逆变电路的实质就是依靠调节脉冲宽度改变输出电压,通过改变调制周期达到改变输出频率的目的。针对现代各行各业对电气设备控制性能日益提高的要求,利用 MATLAB 仿真软件对采用 SPWM

2、 脉宽调制技术的开环逆变系统和闭环逆变建模系统进行了仿真。证明了单相 SPWM 逆变电路,相比典型电压型逆变电路,其输出没有静态误差,有良好的输出波形,输出电压的 THD(电流谐波畸变率)小并且是稳定的系统,有很好的工作特性,并且证明了 SPWM 闭环逆变电路具有良好的输出特性。关键词 逆变,SPWM,MATLAB,仿真AbstractWith the rapid development of the power electronic and electrical instrument of semiconductor, the developed country have widely de

3、veloped and adopted the electrical source , based on inverter technology,which propeled the developmnet of inverse electrical source. As a novel and revolutionary electrical sources,it has a sweeping market and more developing room in reliablity , performance and saving energy efficiently. Compared

4、with the traditional voltage inverter circuit ,the inverter circuit applying SPWM(Sinusoid Pulse Width Modulation) technology can not only adjust the voltage but alse adjust the frequency,while turn Direct current into Aactive current. In fact, the essence of the circuit applying SPWM technology is

5、to change the output voltage by adjusting the pulse width and reaching the aim of change output frequency by alter modulation period.To meet the increasing demands for the controlling performance of the electrical equipment from alltrades and professions. And the research is conducted to explore how

6、 to simulate the closed-loop and open-loop inverter system applying SPWM technology by using MATLAB simulation software. It argues that single-phase SPWM inverse power sources, compared with the traditonal voltage inverse circuit, its output do not have static error but have well output wave. Moreov

7、er THD(Total Harmonic Distortion) of output voltage is small and the circuit have good performance.
