2、现状,中国企业在积极应对的同时,也应尽快适应全球经济一 体化趋势,依靠自身优势,走出国门,实施积极的跨国并购战略,充分利用当 地的资源,从而以一种更为高效的方式发展。跨国并购大潮中自然少不了中国 企业的身影,而中国企业的跨国并购也吸引着世界的关注。近年来,民营企业 发展迅速已成为促进中国经济发展不可或缺的力量,它面临着来自外国企业和 国内同行其他企业的双重激烈竞争。为了寻求更广阔的发展空间和国际资源, 更好地应对外界的挑战,企业开始积极实施跨国并购战略。中国企业的跨国并 购相对来说还属于初级阶段,面对充满机遇与挑战的国际国内环境,运用跨国 并购理论来指导中国的跨国经营,借鉴国外跨国公司并购的成
