Its +adj. +to do 此句中,it 为形式上的主语,真正的主语是动词不定式。Its wasteful to do sth.意为“做某事是浪费的”Eg. It is impossible to go al

10、oneIt is not easy to master a foreign languagec.waste可作形容词,表示“废弃的;荒芜的”等含义。如:waste land 荒地;waste-paper-basket 废纸篓;waste products 废品。 还可作名词,意为“废弃物;浪费”。如:Theres too much waste in this house. 这一家人太浪费了。常用于“Its a waste of time/money/speech to do sth.” 或 “Its a waste of time / money / speech doing sth.”结构中

11、。如: Its a waste of time to wait any longer. 再等下去是白费时间。 Its a waste of your speech talking to him. 跟他讲话白费唇舌。 还可作动词。如:We mustnt waste a drop of water or a grain of rice. 一滴水一粒米我们都不应当浪费。作动词时,waste 常用于下列结构中:waste sth. on (doing) sth. “在某事上浪费”或 waste time (in) doing“浪费时间做某事”。turn off lights_如: He wasted

12、lots of his time and money on playing cards. 打牌浪费了他大量的时间和金钱。 Dont waste time talking to me. I wont change my plan. 别浪费时间跟我讲了,我是不会改变计划的。Its also at home that we save energy and recycle 【难点点击】此句话的意思是“就是在家里我们也节约能源、循环利用“这是一个强调句如:It is from the sun that we get light and heat. 我们正是从太阳那里得到光和热的分角色朗读对话后,完成下列句子。我们必须谨慎地对待环境 你们什么时候要写关于环境教育的文章呢?扔掉玻璃纸张和金属是很浪费的行为就是在家里我们也节约能源、循环利用我们不要浪费电。我希望人人都要考虑污染和再利用问题。6.学以致用。通过课前预习,让小组查阅了环境保护的资料。并根据此资料,Discuss in groups and say what we should to about these problems V作业以“environmental protection” 为题,根据小组活动的内容,写出 Will human beings(人类)人类) have nothing to use one day?
