7、reGibert)女士对英文简历撰写给出了如下建议:1、在描述自己的过往经历时,请使用主动动词,如“developed“、“created“、“produced“等。相较而言,被动动词不容易吸引HR的注意力。2、对于自己的工作成就,请务必描述具体。例如:不要说“负责供应链“,而是具体阐述为工作做了些什么,例如“研究了最适合公司的物流计划,节省了130万人民币费用。“HR更乐于给那些能为公司提供具体价值的应聘者面试机会。3、简历应精简。过去,简历长度保持在1页比较适宜;如今,对于那些有出彩经历的应聘者,简历可适当丰富一些,但仍应注意保持长度不超过2-3页。HR通常都很忙碌,希望能在较短时间内通过精简的简历了解应聘者当今的我们生活在电子化时代。第 3 页 共 3 页在准备简历时,最好能包含一些常用关键词,便于忙碌的HR们直接搜索,例如行业相关词或关键职位描述词。如果职位描述中包含“供应链“,那么在简历开头“技能“部分最好也统一使用相同的关键词。
