9、 Innenbden (im Folgenden Zwischenwnde genannt) beauftragten Personen, Festlegungen an die Hand, die bei der Auslegung von Zwischenwnden zum tragen kommen. 2. Anwendungsbereich Diese Konstruktionsrichtlinie ist bei der Entwicklung, der Konstruktion und der Zeichnungserstellung im Bereich EC EU OE anz

Festlegung fr Zwischenwnden 5.1 Randhhe Fr Zwischenwnde gelten folgende Festlegungen fr die Randhhe: Wenn alle Achsmae der Zwischenwand u
11、nter 250mm sind, gilt fr die Zwischenwandrandhhe *H* ein Nennma von min. 12mm oder 14mm. Fr alle Zwischenwnde, bei denen mindestens ein Achsma grer ist als 250mm, gilt fr die Zwischenwandrandhhe *H* ein Nennma von 14mm. Wenn die Schalldmpfergeometrie eine Zwischenwand mit hherem Rand erfordert, kann
12、 als Sondergre das Teil mit einer Randhhe von 17mm hergestellt werden. Fr alle 3 angegebenen Randhhen gilt: Toleranzbereich = Nennma *H* 1mm 1. 13、finitions used for baffle design. 2. Area of application This design guideline has to be applied for development and construction as well for preparation of drawings in the area of EC EU OE. 3. Definitions for Baffles 5.1 Height of Edge The following definitions are valid for the height of the edge for baffles: If all the baffle axis measurements are less than 250mm a nominal size of min. 12mm or 14mm is valid for the height
15、of the baffle edge *H*. For all baffle axis measurements where at least one axis measurement is greater than 250mm, a nominal size of 14mm is valid for the height of the baffle edge *H*. If the geometry of the muffler demands a baffle with a higher edge, the part can be produced as a special size wi
16、th an edge height of 17mm.
