1、设备验收设备验收 Acceptance 1 Pre-acceptance 预验收 预验收 验收活动在日本 MAZAK 工厂进行 Acceptance will be done at MAZAKs factory in Japan. 验收内容:按照MAZAK 出厂精度表中项目抽选进行 Content of acceptance: according to the , select some items. 验收标准:基于 ISO 检测标准 Standard of acceptance: It has been established based on ISO. 测试规范: Regulations

2、on test: 测试原则上应在数控机床制造工厂内进行; Test shall be conducted, in principle, in the factory where the numerically controlled machine tools are manufactured. 测试原则上应在数控机床各部分功能和温度、 润滑和其他条件已经运行达到几乎稳定的状态 下进行; Test shall be conducted, in principle, after operating the numerically controlled machine tool with every

3、 part functioning and temperature, lubrication and other conditions have been almost stabilized. 静态精度测量原则上应在数控机床没有加载工件的情况下进行; Static accuracy shall be measured, in principle, under the condition that the numerically controlled machine tool is not loaded with workpiece. 对于其他细节的测试,将沿用 ISO(ISO230-1) ;
