2、公司的发展有所 影响，给企业带来许多便捷。当前，世界范围内员工管理系统越来越多。与此同时， 我国的员工管理系统发展的起步相对于其他国家来说比较晚，在数量规模上也处于少 的状态。当前，我国的员工管理系统可以借鉴国外的发展成就，并且在此基础上有发 展的潜力，根据我国的实际情况，发展员工管理系统势在必行。 本论文的出发点是现今大多数企业管理员工程序过于繁琐，耗时耗力，经过不断 的调查，开发出一个操作简单，功能强大的员工管理系统。本系统的前端开发的工具 是 Dreamweaver，后台数据库是选用了 Mysql 数据库软件，采用了 MVC 设计模式。 关键词：管理体系；员工管理系统；MVC 设计模式
