2、度 、 精 确 计 算 且 可 重 复的 臭 氧 自 血 治疗 可 诱 发 标准 化 的 急 性 氧 化 应 激 ， 使 机 体 的 抗 氧 化 防 御 系 统 得 到 锻炼 和 增 强 ， 而 在 此 过 程 中 产 生 的一定 数 量的 信 使 ， 可 以 与血 液 和 实 质 细胞 产 生 相 互 作 用， 改善缺血组织 的 血 液 循 环 和 氧 供 ， 使 免疫 系 统 轻 度活 化 ， 增 加 生 长 因子的 释 放 ， 激活 神 经保 护系 统 ， 改善 患者 的 健 康 状态 。 虽 然 有 证 据 显 示 臭 氧 治疗 在 改善血 糖 和 血 脂 控制 方面 的 贡 献 ，

6、China. Numerous studies demonstrated that oxidative stress is closely related to the occurrence and development of macrovascular and microvascular complications. Ozone autohemotherapy has been used for almost half a century. A “physiological“, low intensity, precisely and repeatably calculated ozone
7、 autohemotherapy can induce standardized acute oxidative stress, which can enhance the body s antioxidant defense system. A number of messengers generated in this process can interact with blood cells and substances, improve the blood circulationandoxygendeliveryinischemictissue,induceamildactivatio
8、nofthe immune system,increase the release ofgrowth factors, activate the neuroprotective system, and procure a surprising wellness in most patients. Although there is evidence that ozone therapy contributs to the improvement of glycemic and lipid control with fascinating safety, but so far, the clin
9、ical trials of ozone autohemotherapy are still quite lacking. Well-designed long-term clinical trials are necessary to obtain more conclusive evidence for its application and promotion.
