1、通信作文写作技巧教案By 吴夏雨 教学内容: 通信写作技巧. 课型: 写作课. 课时: 1 课时(40分钟). 教具: 电脑. 教学目标: 知识目标: 学生了解书信的类型：事物信和私人信件，如求职信、投诉信、慰 问信、建议信、感谢信等；了解高考重点考查的几类书信:建议信、求职信 申请信、投诉信；掌握几种书信常用的写作技巧及其表达方式。 能力目标：学生懂得准确运用所学通信写作技巧及其表达方式写信。 教学重难点：本课重点是介绍建议信和求职信申请信的写作技巧及其表达句式。 教学过程： Step1：(3 分钟) 课堂导入：介绍通信作文写作在英语高考中的重要性。 目的：引起学生对本课内容学习的重视。T:
2、通信作文，即信件写作，是英语高考重点考查的内容，因此写好通信作文 十分重要。这节课我们就来学习通信作文的写作技巧。我们首先来了解信 件的种类。信件的种类有：事务书信和私人信件 （求职信 application letter、投诉抱怨信 letter of complaint、慰问信 letter of sympathy、建议信 letter of suggestions、说明信 letter of explanation、感谢信 letter of appreciation 等） 。 书信的格式， （展示 ppt：） 1） 信头(Heading)； 2） 称呼(Salutation)； 3）
3、正文(Body of the letter)； 4） 结束语(Complimentary close)； 5） 签名(signature)。 如：May 17th, 2015 Dear Professor Thomas Hawking, _ _ _ _ _ _ _ Your sincerely, Li Hua Step 2: （2分钟） T: 高考英语信件作文一般题目已把信件的称呼、署名写好，考生只需要根据题 目要求对正文部分（body of the letter）进行写作。这也就是我们本节课学 习的重点内容，信件正文部分写作，内容包括：(展示 ppt) 引言部分：自我介绍，及表明写信的目的。
4、 主体部分：具体说明写信人的请求或想法。 结束部分：总结信的内容，表明希望对方做些什么；或写出祝愿话语。 信件正文包括这三部分，但具体内容还是根据信件的种类而定。 由于时间有限，本节课我们先学习建议信和申请信的写作技巧。 Step 3:（8 分钟） 建议信（letter of suggestions）作文写作： 一、简介 (1) 写作目的：提出建议或忠告。观点要合情合理，注意礼貌当先。 注意：建议信一般采用一般现在时态及第一人称写作。 (2) 正文部分写作方法引言部分： a. 简介自己，不要罗嗦； b. 说明目的，注意语气。 主体部分：提出具体建议； 结束部分：总结建议，注意礼貌，易于接受。(
