1、912 浙江理工大学2012 版社会工作专业培养方案 一、专业名称：社会工作 专业代码030302 二、培养目标 本专业培养具有基本的社会工作理论和知识，较熟练的社会调查研究技能和社会工作能力，具 有健全的人格、爱心和团队精神，能在民政、劳动、社会保障和卫生部门、社区及工会、青年、妇 女等社会组织及其他社会福利、服务和公益团体等机构从事社会保障、社会改革研究、社会行政管 理、社区发展与管理、社会服务、社会评估与操作等工作的高级应用型专门人才。 三、培养规格及基本要求 （一）知识要求 1.了解法律、管理学、社会学、政治学等多学科的综合知识； 2.理解并掌握社会工作基本理论、方法和知识； 3.熟练
2、掌握社会工作实务过程相关知识，社会工作实践操作知识； （二）能力要求 1.专业基本能力要求 （1）具备良好的交往能力和沟通能力； （2）具备良好的实践能力，能够处理和解决实际问题； （3）具备良好的适应能力，能够适应环境； （4）具备良好的组织及协调能力； 2.专业核心应用能力要求 （1）具备较强的社会服务能力，能够协助服务对象解决问题； （2）熟练运用社会工作专业方法，进行社会工作实务的能力； （3）具备良好的学习能力； （三）素质要求 1.基本素质要求 （1）良好的政治素质，坚持我国基本的政治制度，政党制度和法律制度，坚持马克思主义； （2）良好的思想道德素质，爱岗敬业，乐于助人，关心他人

Students of this program will be high-level application-oriented expertise and have a wide range of choices in careers ranging from teaching to working in private and public sectors, including civil affa

Basic Requirements on Knowledge and Abilities (A) The knowledge requirements (1) to u
